Farmers across North America are embracing automatic technology, according to a survey conducted last year by Raven and Forward Group.
The findings from the study showed that 65 percent of harvest cart operators in both the United States and Canada are interested in adopting autonomy solutions.
Of that group, 47 percent of the farmers are aiming to adopt the technology by 2025. Additionally, 59 percent of participants believed it would bring significant value to their carting operations and boost productivity.
However, just over half the group (51 percent) said they trust the autonomy technology while 49 percent of farmers surveyed are less trustworthy.
