What is the benefit of having a hunting use agreement for your operation?

The start of the fall hunting season is just around the corner. While some visitors obtain oral permission to hunt on a farm or ranch, other landowners may execute a written agreement to avoid legal issues.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the benefits of setting up a hunting use agreement, some of its main elements, and how agritourism legislation can play a factor.
