Ajilon specializes in the placement of management and administrative professionals. We are currently partnering with a reputable marketing and communications company that is seeking a Bilingual French Canadian Project Coordinator to help manage and maintain online marketing campaigns and support advertising partner goals. This opportunity is temp-hire and offers a foot in the door for individuals looking to gain experience or individuals looking to utilize their bilingual skills.
We are seeking professional individuals who are fluent in French Canadian and have strong writing and editing skills.

About the role:
Responsible for implementation and management of online marketing campaigns to fulfill client goals and expectations. Work to grow existing account revenue, optimize current and incoming client accounts and contribute to overall team growth initiatives. (new)Will work directly with our Montreal partner reviewing and optimizing marketing campaigns in French Canadian. Some training and travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage performance driven online marketing campaigns and distribution sources in support of advertising partner goals.
Optimize advertising campaigns to increase partner goal metrics by optimizing campaign elements such as budget, ad copy, keywords, distribution, and targeting.
Maintain assigned portfolio of advertising accounts, continually optimizing these accounts to improve their performance.
Create and maintain reports to help analyze campaign metrics investigating changes in campaign performance in regard to client goals.
Monitor and analyze advertiser performance data for patterns and trends, and partner with Account Manager and Supervisor/Lead on identifying areas of growth.
Create campaign performance reports in preparation for client calls, on a regular basis, and as requested.
Record detailed and accurate notes on client interactions, campaign modifications, and metrics impact.
Assist Account Manager and Supervisor/Lead in developing campaign strategies based on knowledge of campaign management.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all campaign elements by performing regular quality control to ensure campaigns are free of errors.
Partner with other teams within the organization to ensure improved advertiser performance through development of best practices documentation.
Respond to client and Account Management requests in a timely manner.
Seek innovative solutions to problems and processes to ensure client success.
Provide exemplary client service at every level, internally and externally.
Proactively seek out areas to improve industry knowledge.
Support the vision and values of the company and the Advertising Operations team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
Assist with various group initiatives and projects as requested.
About YOUR Experience:
Requires fluency in French Canadian
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
