Foreign ownership of ag land has been an issue that traces back to the origins of the U.S.
Today, fourteen states specifically forbid or limit non-resident corporations from acquiring an interest in ag land within their state.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Mark Oppold on different states’ approaches and highlights from the court ruling.
